The location of the hotel is fantastic, with easy access to public transport. It is right next to Neubaugasse metro station, making it convenient to explore the city. there are several shops, restaurants, and bakeries in close proximity, providing plenty of options for meals and snacks.

The staff at the front desk were not very helpful, as they seemed to lack knowledge about the city. This made it difficult to get reliable information about nearby attractions and places of interest.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect as it was close to the underground train and attractions in the museum district. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect and the facilities were great. The staff was helpful and friendly, surpassing all expectations.

The hotel offered great amenities in the room, including a hairdryer, towels, TV, and free Wi-Fi. There was also a safety box, fridge, and ironing board, convenient to have. the hotel's location was excellent, right in the city center and next to a subway station. This made it easy to explore the city and access various stores, restaurants, and other amenities nearby.

the breakfast lacked hot meal options, which would have made it of better quality. Despite these setbacks, the staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, and they were willing to change our room to ensure a quieter stay.

This place is in a very central location, right on a pedestrian street with the metro stop just steps away. It is surrounded by shops and restaurants, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. The room was spacious and well-lit, with comfortable beds and curtains that made the room nice and dark. The staff, especially the manager, provided excellent hospitality and made us feel welcome. The room service was great, as they did a fantastic job cleaning the room daily. The amenities provided in the room, such as the ironing facilities and mini-bar, were a nice touch. The free toiletries and tea/coffee facilities were also appreciated.

The room also had a work desk and a comfortable sofa. The hotel is run by a family, and they were friendly and helpful. We really appreciated their warm attitude and smiles. We had a great stay at a hotel located in an excellent location, close to all the places we wanted to visit. The room was very clean and spacious, providing us with all the comfort we needed. The staff members were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Plus, the hotel had a good family atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, cleanliness, and friendly staff.
